What a fun family reunion dinner. Great food but most importantly best server ever! Daniella was incredible. Her knowledge of the menu and wines was stellar. She embraced the chaos of a large family arriving from the airport at varying times. She brought humor to the evening and had great timing as the evening progressed. Thanks Daniella!

Everything about this meal felt elevated from start to finish. The service was warm, attentive, and made the experience even more enjoyable. We tried a variety of dishes, starting with cured steelhead and a rich chicken pâté paired with a bright, spicy orange peel chutney. The truffle tagliatelle was indulgent and full of flavor, and the lamb shank was cooked perfectly, tender and satisfying. Each dish showed real care and attention to detail.

A cut above. So do good! We got the Halibut special with a wonderful blend of flavors and the Rib Eye Special, which was very tender and bursting with flavor. We also had a side of the Sweet Potato Gnocchi, their signature item.. amazing! Shasta, our server was a cut above as well, describing the entrees with finesse..

Excellent restaurant. Great service, atmosphere and food quality. One negative in my view is that is very expensive. Worth it? Depends on your value system/budget. I am glad we went. My wife and I shared 3 dishes, the Arugula Salad ($18), Orecchiette ($28) and Pesca del Giorno (MP, $55, a nice Cod). We had wine and Limoncello ($19). Even though we shared all dishes, with wine, etc. the bill was (including tip) almost $300.

This was our first night in Seattle. After a long flight, we decided to go out and grab some dinner. We had an amazing evening! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. The authentic Northern Italian cuisine was top-notch. The local wine was exceptional. However, the service is what really made it an unforgettable night. Daniela took the time to explain the dishes that were on the menu. When I commented on how much I liked the wine, she told me all about how it was from a local Oregon Winery. She was an excellent server who took a genuine interest in us. She was attentive and made us feel like we’re the only customers in the restaurant, even though she had many other tables to wait on. This would be number one on my list of restaurants to visit in Seattle when we return. Don’t miss it!

We went to Seattle a while back for the West Coast Flower and Garden Show and spent the weekend checking out the city and enjoying some of the local restaurants. On Saturday night we ate at Tulio on 5th Avenue. It was nothing short of fabulous!! What a fantastic find, we just happened to walk by and read the menu posted outside the door. I saw Burrata on the menu and was sold. I love Burrata. If you don't know what that is....find out. I'm very picky about Burrata as well...it has to be real, good authentic Burrata and not mozzarella masquerading like something it's not. Tulio designs an absolutely delicious dish for its Burrata. Excellent flavours, beautiful presentation and unbeatable price. We started our evening with some Prosecco and nice warm bread service. I had the Burrata to start and my fiancé had the Escarole Caesar salad. You already know how I felt about the Burrata, and my fiancé really enjoyed the salad as well. We had the Butternut Squash Ravioli and the Sweet Potato Gnocchi as our mains. Both were MELT IN YOUR MOUTH delicious!! We enjoyed a glass of Vermentino and Nebbiolo with our dinner and finished the evening with a Gelato for him and an amazing Affogato for me!! As a nice little surprise, Shasta our brilliant server brought us some Limoncello on the house to put the proverbial cherry on the cake of a wonderful evening out. You would never guess Tulio was part of a hotel, but it is. It is a beautiful and charming venue. The kind of place you'd take someone you really wanted to impress. A shout out to Shasta who was delightful and to Paul, the Restaurant Manager who took the time to come by our table and chat for a while. If you're in the downtown Seattle and you want a great place to have a lovely dinner, we would recommend Tulio without a doubt. You will pay a little extra but it will be well worth it. Kudos to Executive Chef Pisano and his wonderful team for an absolutely fantastic experience!!

We visited the restaurant for lunch during the holidays, and the experience was wonderful. The ambience is amazing—cozy, comfortable, and relaxing. The furniture, décor, and warm lighting create a welcoming atmosphere, while the staff are courteous, attentive, and genuinely friendly. We ordered the EC pizza and the fish of the day, both of which were beautifully prepared, fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.
